Ali je gonilnik za kartico v jedru ali je modul? Ce je modul,
potem cisto nic ne pomaga, ce jedru ob zagonu posredujes podatke.

Mogoce bi lahko poizkusil takole:

modprobe aha152x io=0x340 irq=10

Mogoce bo to zadoscalo.

Sicer pa vec o parametrih pise v /usr/src/linux/drivers/scsi/aha152x.c.

Ce je kartica plug'n'pray, potem ne bojo boot parametri cisto nic pomagali,
uporabit bo treba modularen gonilnik.
