Se tudi strinjam, da je lastniški primernejši izraz. Čeprav se strinjam
tudi s kritiko. Mogoče je tukaj potrebno opozoriti na eno: pravno
gledano, lastnine kot lastninske pravice na nematerialnih "pojmih",
recimo kode, ni. Ti si lahko zgolj imetnik pravice, recimo avtorske
pravice.

Se strinjam glede etimološkega izvora. Tako da je morda "napaka"
narejena že pri angleškem izrazu proprietary.
