Jaz zgornje berem priblizno takole:

Uporabniku mora biti na voljo *ves* source (vkljucno s spremembami). 
Tisto 'na voljo' pa pomeni, da lahko das source zraven, lahko pa ga das 
nekam na internet in vsem uporabnikom poves, kako lahko source dobijo... 
Pri tem mora biti source v elektronski obliki (in torej ne na papirju), 
racunas pa le stroske posiljanja (CD-ji po posti, itd.).
