QPL licenca - prilaga izvorne kode???

Lep pozdrav!

Zanima me, če moraš pro programu, ki je pod QPL licenco obvezno prilagat
izvorno kodo ali velja ceto samo za popravke....

Navedek iz QPL licence:

that you meet these restrictions:

b. You must ensure that all recipients of the machine-executable forms
are also able to receive the complete machine-readable source code to
