gcc problem

Pri kompajlanju dobim sledec error:

checking for gcc... (cached) gcc
checking whether the C compiler (gcc  ) works... no
configure: error: installation or configuration problem: C compiler cannot 
create executables.

config.log mi javi sledece:

configure:1124: checking whether the C compiler (gcc  ) works
configure:1140: gcc -o conftest    conftest.c  1>&5
/lib/libc.so.6: undefined reference to `__libc_stack_end at GLIBC_2.1'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status


gcc uporabljam:

gcc version 3.2 (Mandrake Linux 9.0 3.2-1mdk)

glibc:
glibc-2.3.1

Os: Linux Mandrake 9.0 2.4.19-16mdk

Ima kdo kaksno idejo kako to resiti ?
