Lep pozdrav!

Na /var/spool/fax/config imas predloge za konfiguracijo modemov hylafaxa.

To potem vkljucis (ali kar nadomestis) v /var/spool/fax/etc/config.<device>

Dolocis nivo logiranja vi /var/spool/fax/etc/config pod postavko
ServerTracing (man config)

Definitivno prepusti kontrolo porta faxgetty-ju.

Vec na www.hylafax.org.

LP,
Borut

Subject: [ LUGOS ] tezave z modemom

Zivjo!

Doletela me je cast (huh...dandanes ima ta beseda dosti razlicnih
pomenov), da moram postavit fax server na 486 z 8MB RAM-a in nekim
noname fax modemom.

Vse lepo in prav. Instaliram hylafax, minicom. Z minicomom modem
lepo dela. Klice, sprejema klice, vse.

faxaddmodem
[snippety snip, vpisem nekaj stevilk]
...
Now we are going to probe the tty port to figure out the type
of modem that is attached. This takes a few seconds, so be patient.
Note that if you do not have the modem cabled to the port, or the
modem is turned off, this may hang (just go and cable up the modem
or turn it on, or whatever).

Using user-specified 19200 to talk to modem.
/bin/stty: standard input: unable to perform all requested operations
[1]+ Terminated ( trap 0 1 2 15; while true; do
sleep 10; echo ""; echo "Hmm, something seems to be hung, check your
modem eh?";
    done )

There was no response from the modem. Perhaps the modem is
turned off or the cable between the modem and host is not
connected. Please check the modem and hit a carriage return
when you are ready to try again:

Kaksne ideje?

Tole pa lahko naredim z minicom /dev/ttyS0:

OK
at&f1
OK
at+fclass=?
0,1,2,1.0,80

OK
