Zdravo!

Kot sporočajo (glej spodaj), bo kmalu izšel LyX 1.3.0.
Slovenskega prevoda se nisem resno lotil osveževati več
kot eno leto, zato bi bilo treba precej dela, če želimo
tudi novo različico LyXa v slovenščini.

Če koga zanima, naj se mi, prosim, javi.  Sam bom poskusil,
kolikor mi bo dopuščal čas, ampak naj že takoj povem, da
mi te mesece čas ne dopušča veliko.

Dear Roman,

the next major release of LyX is coming soon!

One of the final tasks for LyX 1.3.0 is to translate the user interface
into other languages. Due to  the new QT frontend and endless changes
and improvements of the xforms frontend, many messages must be revised
or added for LyX 1.3.0.

In the past, you have taken an active role in the LyX development by
translating messages into Slovenian and that's why we are contacting you 
now.

If you intend to do more translation work, then this is definitely the
right time to do it: Check out the latest sources from the CVS
repository and follow the instructions in lyx-devel/po/README. In case
you encounter a technical problem please let us know (via
mailto:michael.schmitt at teststep.org or mailto:lyx-devel at lists.lyx.org).

The current state of the translations for your mother language is shown
at http://www.devel.lyx.org/i18n.php3

If you have no plans to contribute to LyX in the future, please let us
know as well. This information will help us to decide whether to exclude
the translations from the release in order not to confuse the user with
a strongly mixed-language interface.
