Mysql instalacija.

Zivjo imam en problem z mysql. Instalira se mi OK, proces se pozene samo na server se pa ne more povezat. Napise mi to:
root at matevz:/usr/local/bin > ./mysqladmin version
./mysqladmin: connect to server at 'localhost' failed
error: 'Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/tmp/mysql.sock'
(2)'
Check that mysqld is running and that the socket: '/tmp/mysql.sock' exists!

Poskusil sem instalirat prek distribucije in prek bin pa nic.
