[LUGOS] upgrade freeswana na verzijo 2

Pri upgradu se mi je zataknilo. Ipsec.conf sem priredil novi verziji 
(vsaj upam) in stvar še vedno ne dela. Ali mogoče ima kdo kakšno idejo?
