Se kaj ve kdaj se odloca oz. koliko casa je se ostalo?

To, da odlocajo "ribici" (verjetno za Slovenijo to spet pomeni
predstavnik ministrstva za kmetijstvo), pa ni nic neobicajnega, taksna
je pac evropska praksa. Ce so stvar ze predebatirali, potem ni potrebe,
da bi spet klicali pristojne ministre, ker po navodilu znajo roko
dvigniti tudi drugi.

Tako da ne vem zakaj se toliko spotikate ob dejstvo, da ne glasujejo
pristojni ;)
