Debian in pokvarjen paket

A mi slučajno kdo lahko pove, kako naj se rešim tele težave:

V glavnem, rad bi se ali znebil paketa in potem na novo inštaliral zadevo ali 
pa na kakšen način upgrejdu.
Aja, pa zadeva se isto kot pri apt-get install ustavi če pri dpkg dodam 
--force-all..
