sej ti je napisalo, da je paket poskodovan in da bi ga mogoce bilo
potrebno reinstalirati (verjetno manjka "remove-skripta" tega paketa)

apt-get install --reinstall joe

in nato

dpkg --purge joe  /(apt-get remove --purge joe)
