USB device not accepting new address

Zivijo!

Pred 4 dnevi sem poslal mail z naslovom USB printer v katerem sem
opisal problem glede USB printerja - se ne odziva. Stvar sem
raziskoval dalje in do danes odkril to, da se USB ne odziva, kot bi se
mogel - tudi ce na USB priklopim fotoaparat, mi ga noce mountati ...

Po ukazu "dmesg" dobim tole:

usb.c: USB device not accepting new address=2 (error=-110) 
hub.c: new USB device 00:04.0-1, assigned address 3 
usb.c: USB device not accepting new address=3 (error=-110)

usb.c: USB device not accepting new address=5 (error=-110) 

Ce (npr. fotoaparat) vklopim in izklopim in nato spet napisem "dmesg",
se na zaslon izpise podobno, le da je se vec errorjev v smislu:

hub.c: new USB device 00:04.0-1, assigned address 6
usb.c: USB device not accepting new address=6 (error=-110)
hub.c: new USB device 00:04.0-1, assigned address 7
usb.c: USB device not accepting new address=7 (error=-110)
...

Morda kdo ve, v cem je tezava in kako jo odpraviti?
