To boš težko dosegel v IMP-u. Če pa IMP za pošiljanje naprej uporablja 
postfix, lahko to pač stori postfix. Vsaj načeloma, sam nisem stestiral. 
Iz main.cf:

# Insert text from sample-canonical.cf if you need to do address
# rewriting, or if you need username->Firstname.Lastname mapping.
# The sender_canonical_maps parameter specifies optional address
# mapping lookup tables for envelope and header SENDER addresses.
#
# For example, you want to rewrite the SENDER address user at ugly.domain
# to user at pretty.domain, while still being able to send mail to the
# RECIPIENT address user at ugly.domain.

Torej naj bi bila datoteka nekaj na temo:

user   ime.priimek at domena.net
luser   drugoime.drugipriimek at nowhere.com

itd.
