v /etc/pop-before-smtp/pop-before-smtp.conf si tvojemu pop-serverju
primerno konfiguracijo (naceloma samo odkomentiras zadevo)

in v /etc/postfix/main.cf

vpises nekaj ala
mynetworks = 127.0.0.0/8, hash:/var/lib/pop-before-smtp/hosts

in stvari bi morala skoraj delovati iz prve ..
