To sem našel na google-u. Morda bo kaj pomagalo.

Your cache startup file should be pointed to your ISP's name server 
rather than A, B, etccc.... root servers because of the dialup 
firewall situation. If you are actually behind the firewall, you 
should point to a DNS on the firewall to resolve the problem
