Isces politicen podatek ali tehnicen podatek, dejanske prepustnosti?

Navadno lahko pogledas za tvojega operaterja AS objekt npr. v RIPE-u z
whois-om.

Primer za Arnes (AS2107)

in bos nasel tudi podatke o peeringih in tranzitih .. tako npr.

Potem je pa stvar pogodbe med operaterjem in doticnim peeringom kako so
stvari urejene. Verjetno ti nisem dal odgovora, kaj?
